Wireless Notifications at CTIA WIRELESS 2008

2007 was our year to make everything automatic. We started with creating BrightCare inside our TEM solution ManageRight. This automated system is a virtual telecom team watching over everything 24/7. After that we went to the device level and created PlanGuard. PlanGuard informs the device owner of their usage and provides optimization tips every quarter.
